Mark Butler is a British stand-up comedian and writer. He has been performing comedy around the world for over ten years and now spends a lot of his time in Melbourne. Whether he talks about his annoyance of having to sit through other people's baby photos, or his love of travelling around Japan wearing a horse's head, his audience is always laughing at his original, intelligent jokes. His material is sharp and current, clean but edgy, and this has made him extremely popular with both festival crowds and corporate audiences. He is available for hire for corporate events and private gigs. He has many, many hours of jokes up his sleeves and shows can be tailor-made to suit the client. His festival shows have centred around topics as diverse as body language, Australianisms, travel, sex, immigration and grammar. Please note: He has requested that no bogans come to his shows, so if you are a bogan, please go and see Peter Helliar instead.
